Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I completely understand that plans can change; however, as I set aside dedicated time for each Styling and Reiki session, I kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. More than 72 hours' notice You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge. Any payment already made will be refunded or transferred to your new appointment. Between 72 and 48 hours' notice A cancellation or rescheduling fee of 50% of the session fee will apply. Less than 48 hours' notice The full session fee will be payable, as it is unlikely that I will be able to refill the appointment at such short notice. No-shows Missed appointments without notice will be charged at 100% of the session fee. Thank you for respecting the time that is set aside especially for you.
